Trojan Heat Treat has been servicing the foundry industry since 1959. Our seven furnace lines have a combined daily capacity of 207 tons and provide annealing, stress relief, and normalizing processes of gray and ductile iron castings as well as steel forgings. In addition to heat treatment, Trojan also offers 100% visual inspection, pencil and snag grinding, machining, and shot blast cleaning of castings.

Trojan Heat Treat’s 50,000 square foot facility is located in Homer, Michigan—just South of Interstate 94 between Jackson and Battle Creek.
