Trojan Heat Treat works to exceed customer

teamwork and continual improvement.

Trojan Heat Treat has been servicing the foundry industry since 1959. Our six furnace lines have a combined daily capacity of 144 tons and provide annealing, stress relief, and normalizing processes of gray and ductile iron castings. Along with heat-treating services, Trojan also offers 100% visual inspection, pencil and snag grinding, machining, and shot blast cleaning of castings. Trojan employs approximately sixty-five individuals.

Trojan Heat Treat’s 50,000 square foot facility is located in Homer, Michigan—just South of Interstate 94 between Jackson and Battle Creek.
